Your ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly qualified Sales Representative to expand our operations in the genetics market. The professional will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, developing business opportunities, and strengthening our positioning in the sector. We seek someone with extensive experience in the Brazilian market, a strong network of contacts in the B2B sector, and solid knowledge in the healthcare, health insurance, and pharmaceutical industries.Identify and develop new business opportunities in the genetics marketBuild and maintain strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectorsConduct high-level commercial negotiations, ensuring sustainable company growthDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with the organization's objectivesWork closely with internal teams to ensure excellence in customer serviceMonitor market trends and competition to anticipate opportunities and challengesYour profileProven experience in B2B sales within the healthcare, health insurance, or pharmaceutical sectorActive and relevant network of contacts in the Brazilian market and preferably in the LATAM regionExceptional negotiation and business development skillsTechnical and commercial knowledge of the genetics sector will be a plusDegree in healthcare or related fieldsFluent English is mandatory;
