Project Oversight Manager As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day client project operations, sourcing materials, managing schedules, and maintaining progress updates. Manage projects from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion. Develop effective communication strategies with clients in multiple languages, providing regular updates and gathering project requirements. Create and maintain detailed project and production schedules, guaranteeing tasks, timelines, and dependencies are aligned and on track. You will oversee the procurement of all necessary materials and resources, track shipments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear expectations and responsibilities. Maintain accurate documentation, project notes, and status updates within our systems. Ensure clients have transparent visibility into project progress, upcoming steps, and any changes through regular updates and clear documentation.
