Job Title: Key Account Manager Job Summary This is a high-profile role where you will develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers in the hotel industry. You will work closely with these suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers, ensuring competitiveness and availability. Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with the Yield Manager to ensure optimal results. Serve as the primary point of contact for key suppliers, developing strong relationships and resolving issues promptly. Support the resolution of major complaints from suppliers or clients, negotiating suitable solutions to maintain good service. Ensure suppliers understand Hotelbeds' value proposition and marketing tools to optimize contract income. Requirements: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience in contracting and supplier management within the travel or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems. Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
