Overview We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud first infrastructure and networks. Responsibilities Provide customer-facing, first-line support to employees via Slack, Jira, and other systems; own the support experience. Procuring and delivering technology equipment; manage tech onboarding for new employees and tech retrieval for leaving employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks. Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents as needed; prioritize help desk tickets and work across sprints in Jira. Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; strong API integration skills. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; knowledge of hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Strong networking fundamentals and OSI troubleshooting; basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching. Self-management with ability to scope projects and prioritize across multiple teams; comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Nice to Haves Familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces for efficiency. Jamf/Icva certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
