As a Customer Development Executive, you will be responsible for representing Colgate-Palmolive, managing relationships with partners, and marketing and developing the 5P's in different product categories to profitably increase sales, improve distribution levels, and market share in accordance with our business principles.

Responsibilities
  • Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the correct execution of the 5P's at the point of sale, and proposing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Achieve the sales objectives of the assigned territory.
  • Monitor territory performance, promote periodic JVP and T2T meetings.
  • Plan and organize administrative activities: budget control, monitoring and payment of activities, updating price lists, inventory, promotional quota, contact matrix, and current account control.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor planned activities, observe competition, identify opportunities, and inform the sales team to develop strategies in response to market changes.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to present quarterly plans, launches, promotions, and sales tools.
  • Analyze information from tools (Neogrid, Nielsen, IQVIA) to make decisions that direct and develop the business, including promotions, growth plans, distribution, market share, and loyalty.
  • Use the Super Club to develop and accelerate sell-through.
  • Train client and store teams on campaigns and product launches.
Requirements
  • Completed higher education in business administration, marketing, engineering, or similar.
  • Strong experience in sales in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer goods industry.
  • Knowledge of Google, Office, IQVIA, Neogrid, and Nielsen tools.
  • Data and analytics skills; ability to use information to generate insights.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Residency or willingness to live in Sao Luis do Maranhao / Recife / Fortaleza.
