Global Programme RenewalsCreate and agree on the annual service plan for each International Client.Formulate and agree on the renewal data gathering strategy and timeline.Contribute to strategy meetings with clients, brokers, and insurers.Collaborate with insurers and broking teams to establish local and master policy requirements (limits, cover, nuances, issuance of local policies, etc.).Identify local nuances such as tariffs, wording restrictions, local retentions, etc., in collaboration with insurers.Agree on or establish KPIs with insurers regarding local policy and certificate issuance, premiums collection, and cash flow, reviewing post-renewal during stewardship meetings.Ensure premium allocations are benchmarked with local norms and comply with tariffs.Negotiate and agree on network fees.Communicate group programme details to broker networks and local client operations as required.Manage insurer administration of local policies, including timely instructions to fronting companies, communication with clients on status, and monitoring issuance and invoicing.Participate in meetings with local brokers and clients on local and global insurance issues.Local Programme (stand-alone policies/compulsory covers)Communicate group risk purchasing philosophy to local brokers and client companies where appropriate.Produce analysis reports of local policy summaries to ensure:
Compulsory covers are purchased.No duplication with global programmes.Local policies align with the global programme.Adherence to group risk purchasing philosophy.Compliance with remuneration parameters.Work with clients and local brokers to maximize WTW Global Network appointments on local lines.Manage local broker service requirements with clients.General AdviceProvide information on admitted/non-admitted policies, compulsory covers, local policy requirements, and regulations.Advise colleagues, prospects, and clients on global programme operations and insurer capabilities.Serve as a knowledge focal point on insurers' international expertise and processes.QualificationsRequirementsPreferably educated to A level or with relevant industry experience.Preferably with professional qualifications such as ACII or working towards this qualification.SkillsIntermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office suite).Comprehensive insurance and underwriting knowledge.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client and insurer relationships.Professional demeanor with internal and external contacts, representing BU and WTW Group credibly.Excellent client service delivery experience.Analytical skills to assess situations and recommend solutions.Understanding of processes supporting the operating model and strategy for BU and WTW GB.Experience working with client service delivery systems and processes.Intermediate data analysis and presentation skills.Equal Opportunity EmployerAt WTW, we value diversity and foster an inclusive environment.
