About Us We provide language services to clients across the globe. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive high-quality solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities You will manage multiple projects daily, working with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Your responsibilities will include project management, client communication, and recruitment of specialized language professionals. As you master these core functions, opportunities may arise for managing more complex projects, taking on enhanced client-facing roles, and collaborating with senior team members on strategic planning. The Job You will work independently, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Projects can range from short-term calls to longer-term initiatives spanning several weeks or months. Here's how you'll interact with a project: Scoping You will communicate with clients via email, phone, or other channels to understand their needs You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality, speed, and cost expectations are met You will identify internal resources based on relevant time zones or regions for the project Matchmaking Your primary responsibility is to match the best linguist in our community with the client's objectives You will present the linguist's experience in a relevant way for the project You will continuously evaluate profitability and client satisfaction Executing You will synchronize expectations between clients and linguists You may need to facilitate calls to ensure successful initiation You will communicate with clients after projects to ensure satisfaction Required Skills and Qualifications We're looking for individuals with strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in English. Fluency in an additional language is a plus. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is also beneficial. You should be goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed and take on challenges. Benefits This is a fully-remote role where you can work from anywhere.
