Transform Educational Landscape with OPIT

Revolutionize Computer Science Education by joining our dynamic team as a Class/Program Coordinator to support online BSc and MSc programs in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Digital Business.

As a key member of our academic staff, your role will be to:

  • Provide administrative support to faculty members, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.
  • Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
  • Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
  • Coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
  • Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
  • Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
