Our company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in LATAM. You will play a pivotal role in scaling high-impact teams by owning strategic, full-cycle hiring for Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market functions. As a consultative partner to leaders, you will craft an exceptional candidate experience from intake to offer. Recruit top talent across technical and GTM roles in LATAM, collaborating with hiring managers and HR to define needs and drive outcomes. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build diverse pipelines and proactively source candidates. Analyze talent market research to inform strategy, identifying competitors, compensation, and availability. Deliver timely, transparent communication and ensure smooth process flow throughout the hiring funnel. Implement AI and recruiting technology to enhance speed, quality, and signal. Pursue continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on DEI, interview calibration, and talent analytics.
