**ROLE PURPOSE**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**
- Responsible for all the inbound employees’ processes like:_
- Immigration - Visa and documentation control. Control visa documents and expiration dates (RNM protocols, RNM cards, drivers’ license, Federal Police registration, CPF, etc). Guarantee visa compliance for the assignees in country;
- Relocation - Guarantee that the house hunting process is done according to the local rules and standards, maintenance control, expats bills control, annual lease adjustment control, lease agreements signatures;
- Payroll - Inform local and IPS payroll about the monthly amounts to be paid for Short and Long Term assignees;
- Taxes - Control Tax information to IRS and also its payment. Control assignees tax residency.
- Responsible for all the outbound employees’ processes:_
- Immigration - Control and process all the business and work visa paperwork;
- Taxes - Monitor Tax Exit declarations;
- Payroll & Benefits - Inform amounts to be paid/cancelled as per employees departures. Monitor benefits/amounts to be paid. Work contract amendment control/signatures.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Completed bachelor degree;
- Advanced English;
- Office package.
- Experience with:_
- Rental administration of houses for expatriates, negotiation of lease agreements, control and management of bills, rental adjustments;
- Control of visas expirations, management of benefits for expats, requests for registration of documents with suppliers, bank accounts opening, preparation of migratory letters.
- Provide information about payments and deductions on Payroll.
