Territory Sales Manager – Digital Flexo Solutions Esko, a Veralto company, is a global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions that accelerate the go‑to‑market process of packaged goods. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for Digital Flexo Solutions Sales in the Brazil Market. Responsibilities Pro‑actively work on new business: actively prospect potential clients within the flexible packaging, labels, corrugated, folding carton, letterpress, and metal decorating sectors. Achieve sales targets: work independently to target and close new accounts, accelerating the adoption of our hardware and software solutions. End‑to‑end sales management: lead the full sales cycle, from uncovering and engaging leads to navigating objections, delivering presentations, and closing deals that align with customer needs and our solutions. Build a strong pipeline: continually develop and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring opportunities are consistently generated, followed through, and closed. Leverage internal expertise: collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product management, marketing, customer success) to deliver the best solutions, tools, and support to clients. Qualifications Relevant education and 5+ years of experience selling packaging capital equipment and/or services within the Brazilian flexible packaging market. Prior sales experience in flexo plate imaging hardware and software or plate material sales is a plus. Familiarity with flexible packaging trade shops and converters is a strong advantage. Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners. Consultative approach focused on solutions and personalized service. Effective network within the packaging industry, displaying the ability to work the network expediently and independently. Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week (approx. 10 nights per month) within Brazil. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
