The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is committed to helping end users who need assistance. This role will report to the Director of IT. What you’ll do and how you’ll work: you will design, implement and manage our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks; collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams; communicate effectively; and contribute to improvements in IT practices and documentation. Environment: This role is customer-facing, the first line of support for employees via tools like Slack and Jira. We are Mac-centric and focus on macOS in the enterprise. You will procure technology equipment, onboard and offboard employees, and manage IT programs and policies; you will support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and Mac endpoint/mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf). You will contribute to IDP and SSO tooling and write clear documentation and help articles. You will manage incidents end-to-end and prioritize tickets in a fast-moving environment. You will work in agile sprints using Jira and set your own objectives and key results aligned with team goals. What You Bring to Ledn: 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc. Experience with open source tools (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki). Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; working knowledge of APIs and system integrations. Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; shipping and receiving hardware and customs experience. Excellent communication skills across all media; ability to write clearly in tickets, email and Slack. Strong troubleshooting skills (terminal usage, macOS enterprise environments); understanding of OSI model and networking basics. Self-management with the ability to scope projects and coordinate across multiple teams. Nice to Haves: Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line tooling; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications; ability to work in a remote environment and lead IT practices across cultures.
