YOUR IMPACT
  • Support and train local CS teams on building client engagement and wellbeing communication plan.
  • Develop strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels according to client profile
  • Understand and map HRs Wellness strategies considering different sizes, sectors and audiences to build a wellbeing program for our clients, in an individual and scalable manner.
  • Build scalable solutions to implement wellbeing on clients and engage employees on a wellbeing journey. In partnership with the global and regional teams, understand country demands and opportunities to leverage the execution.
  • Design Wellbeing bimonthly campaigns for the area, bringing trends in topics, ways to promote campaigns and to deliver it to HRs.
  • Monitor and control results of the plans and client portfolio.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
WHO YOU ARE
  • 4-7+ years of proven work experience in related positions;
  • Fluent/Advanced English;
  • Ability to work at a strategic level, but equally as happy getting your hands on;
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully;
  • Focus on results and innovative profile, having a scalable solutions mindset
  • Strong relationship and communication skills, also the ability to adapt to a changing environment;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, get excited about finding smarter ways to do things;
  • Have a burning desire to be part of a winning team where you can truly make a difference.
