Learn more about it here. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are hiring a **Wellbeing Engagement Senior Manager** to our **Wellbeing Engagement** team in **São Paulo** **YOUR IMPACT**: Team Management & Leadership: - Managing key stakeholder relationships with Revenue Leaders in Brazil, Global Wellbeing Engagement leaders and CS team - Lead the Customer Facing team, developing, and implementing plans according to brand strategies, optimizing the coverage of all the territory according to the resources available and ensuring adequate dedication to the broad portfolio as required - Responsible to support our portfolio clients, developing and presenting our comms, develop long-term strategy - Leading online forums, workshops and team sessions - Representing the BR Wellbeing Engagement team in key forums with clients - Working closely with the WE and CS Leaders. Supporting Brazil's Strategy & Planning: - Supporting the team in each area of Wellbeing Engagement (Enterprise, Midmarket and Implementation) - Ensuring operational excellency in the team by coordinating timelines, processes, tools and resources for the team - Aligning key dates and delivery timelines for projects across each market **WHO YOU ARE**: - Minimum 3 years experience managing a team (ideally multiple geographies) - Proven organisational skills and ability to work on simultaneous tasks and projects - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment - Strong teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles - English as fluent language - Strategic vision, business knowledge, and understanding of the wellbeing market - Located in São Paulo. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU (Latam)**: We're a wellness company that is committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees.
