**Job Title:** Senior Manager, Consumer Engagement Strategies We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead the design and orchestration of end-to-end consumer engagement strategies across LATAM. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across cultures and functions. Lead the design of strategies to integrate consumer experiences across CRM, app, and e-commerce channels. Transform insights into actionable hypotheses to improve conversion, retention, and loyalty. The successful candidate will directly support enhancing customer experience across multiple LATAM markets, with regular presentations to senior management and key stakeholders. Responsibilities: Design and implement integrated consumer experiences across multiple touchpoints. Develop and communicate strategic plans to drive retention, recovery, and reactivation flows. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to adapt and scale insight-driven strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or Data Analytics. Experience in CRM, Loyalty, Service Design, or Consumer Insights strategy. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
