**What you'll do**:
**Position title**: SAP iXp Intern - Events and Marketing Operations
**Location**:São Leopoldo, RS
This role offers the opportunity to learn how corporate events are designed and managed while collaborating with different areas such as Marketing, Communications, HR, and External Relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in the organization and execution of events, from small internal activities to larger gatherings.
- Support logistics such as registration, materials preparation, catering, and venue setup.
- Help coordinate with vendors and service providers under the guidance of the Events Team.
- Contribute with ideas to enhance employee engagement and create memorable experiences.
- Create design materials and presentations
**What you bring**:
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in event or project management, ideally in the technology or corporate sector.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale events or complex projects.
- Creativity, strong organizational skills, and eagerness to learn will be highly valued.
