*ESTAMOS CONTRATANDO – SALES REPRESENTATIVE (100% REMOTO – PJ)* Atuação remota | Vendas consultivas | Alta performance A WIP Languages está crescendo — e buscamos *vendedores(as) com fome de resultados* para crescer com a gente. Somos uma consultoria de idiomas que entrega *treinamentos de inglês de alta performance* para profissionais que precisam comunicar com *clareza, confiança e estratégia* no ambiente corporativo. Estamos contratando *Sales Representatives* para atuar em *ciclo completo de vendas* (prospecção ativa → qualificação → apresentação → follow-up → fechamento). Você receberá *treinamento, playbooks e rotinas comerciais* para operar com eficiência e *bater metas*. O que você fará (escopo completo) * *Prospecção ativa (outbound)* e *qualificação* de leads (individual e B2B). * Condução de *calls consultivas* (diagnóstico, proposta e fechamento). * *Gestão de pipeline* com disciplina de CRM, métricas e follow-up. * Apresentação dos *produtos WIP* (aulas particulares, grupos, programas e corporate). * Trabalho próximo a Marketing e Operações para *ajustar discurso, funil e conversão*. * *Rotina de alta cadência*: contatos diários, agenda cheia, foco em metas semanais e mensais. ✅ O que buscamos * *Fome e ambição* acima de tudo. *Mindset de dono.* * *Autonomia, **comunicação estratégica* e *disciplina de processo*. * Conforto com ferramentas digitais (Google Meet, Drive, Notion, CRM). * Experiência prévia em vendas é um diferencial (não obrigatório). * Organização, constância e *resiliência para follow-up*.
