Junior Territory Sales Representative

The individual will focus on expanding the existing customer base under the direction of
General Manager. The professional main responsibilities will be:
- Initial training work period led by the General Manager at the Iowa plant, learning about equipment, logistics, after-sales support, sales software and other duties relating to the position.
- Demonstrate strong product and technical knowledge of equipment necessary to provide effective customer presentations
- Demonstrate ability to pitch business proposals to executives as well as individual end-users
- Ability to close sales and gain market share from larger competitors
- Degree in Agriculture or related field
- Experience in sales would be a plus
- Ability to develop strong direct and remote sales skills.
- Willingness to build knowledge and experience working with distributors and dealers of agricultural equipment
- Excellent communications skills.
