The Responsible Sourcing Manager will be responsible for co-developing, implementing, and managing the global responsible sourcing strategy. This role will ensure that the company's procurement practices align with ethical, environmental, and social standards. The manager will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to promote sustainable and responsible sourcing practices across the entire supply chain.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Support in developing and implementing the sustainability strategy to ensure sustainable sourcing practices across our complex and diverse value chains
- Implement sustainability into all procurement decision making process
- Participate to company future proofing by anticipating and addressing risks for the company linked to sustainable sourcing by developing procurement and sustainability capabilities
- Support supply chain decarbonization program. Coordinate program and report on program metrics in close collaboration with Group Sustainability.
- Support developing implementation plans for the company target setting for GHG Scope 3 and Net Zero.
- Drive industry collaboration through sector initiatives such as Together for Sustainability. Support in external and Internal trainings & communication

**You bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or sustainability, with a focus on responsible sourcing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting supplier audits and assessments in industries with complex supply Chains
- Experience with and/or affinity for emission factor modelling, chemical/environmental engineering is a strong asset.
