Responsibilities
  • Event Project Manager: manage client relationships and report delivery; oversee contracts and management of internal and external suppliers; ensure project execution with quality and client satisfaction.
  • Develop, control, and manage budgets (Excel/Online tools); prepare presentations and reports in PowerPoint (English, Portuguese, and Spanish); maintain a 360º view of the project and ensure information flow among team and client.
  • Plan and organize information for Site Visits and Events from an operational perspective (PPT, Excel, Planner).
  • Lead operation build with workstream leads; coordinate with operations flow and deadlines; control schedules and participate in strategic decisions. Tools: Airtable, Planner.
  • Lead vendor negotiations and ensure deadlines and schedules are met; think about the project holistically and propose improvements in planning.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads to ensure successful event execution and information sharing.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in Events Management, planning, and production; preferably in corporate events.
  • Experience managing events in Expos/Pavilions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner; English and Spanish – Advanced (able to conduct meetings and build presentations in both languages).
  • Process-oriented, organized, and committed to schedules and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with planning tools (Planner); ability to manage projects with a 360º perspective and lead a team.
  • Ability to lead vendor interactions and negotiations; willingness to travel and have a valid passport and USA visa if required.
Complementary Information
  • Contract as PJ (salary + perks).
  • Home office with at least 2 meetings per month in Morumbi region; on-site during site visits and events.
