Overview Lead the construction and management of budgets and forecasts. Act as a business partner supporting the BUs in strategic projects and analysis as well as the preparation of business reviews for senior leadership. Responsibilities Lead the forecasts and budget cycles, working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium- to long-term financial plan. Prepare a monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting package that includes consolidated financial statements, dashboards, analysis of key business trends, actual versus budget/forecast variances, and comprehensive executive-level explanations of differences. Prepare and review monthly financial reports for regional teams. Act as a business partner providing financial support to local business and commercial teams. Manage and control Opex and headcount (HC). Ensure adherence to corporate practices and rules in the development of controls and reports. Use BI tools, Excel, SAC, and Athena for analysis; knowledge of AI tools and development is a plus. Lead transformational and ad-hoc financial projects. Qualifications Graduation degree in Administration, Economics or similar. Fluent English is a must. Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, and others). Experience with ERP systems. 5 or more years of experience in FP&A. Strong critical thinking and results orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives. Proven executive presence and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to positively influence senior leadership. Preferred Skills Resilience, determination, flexibility. Dynamic profile with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in an integrated manner with other areas and teams at Organon.
