Location & Flexibility This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo, Brazil . You will work from the São Paulo office 2 times a week (or 8 days a month) with the remainder of the time remote. Our WFN culture fosters in‑person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices. The Opportunity Directors individually manage a portfolio of clients (generally $10‑15MM in revenue ) within the branch they are assigned. They directly manage Triforce and squad leaders in their portfolio across disciplines, coach senior staff and principal team members, and spend significant time overseeing project delivery, coaching leaders, and proactively building executive client relationships. The role reports to the C‑level leader(s) of the branch and is evaluated on delivery success, team and client feedback, growth of key accounts, forecast accuracy, and profitability. Responsibilities Build client relationships across the executive ladder and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to understand feedback, communicate progress, and drive value. Proactively communicate industry thought leadership and best practices to influence clients. Engage directly with the Triforce to understand in‑flight work and use end products where possible to drive performance. Establish clear value metrics across internal and external teams. Provide oversight of delivery work, mitigating risk, improving practices, and strengthening client trust. Coach Triforces to deepen client relationships and solve problems. Identify and influence decisions using data visualization, storytelling, and reporting language. Deliver presentations and workshops that inspire confidence. Navigate high‑impact situations with clarity and poise, creating value for TELUS and clients. Use coaching touchpoints (weekly 1:1s, reviews, feedback) to evolve team skill sets and deliver performance‑related feedback. Contribute to business areas that add value to TELUS, such as training, playbook development, and interviewing. Drive key business metrics: team satisfaction, client satisfaction, client retention, client effective client rate (ECR), and gross portfolio margin.
