We invite a strategic, results-driven, and people-focused Delivery Director with deep expertise in delivery and project management to join our team. You'll lead Dev.Pro's delivery operations, ensure exceptional service, and support business growth across several major client accounts in industries such as FinTech, Retail, and Hospitality. You'll also shape and optimize delivery processes to drive efficiency and quality, while fostering a strong culture and high engagement within your teams.

Is that you?

  • 10+ years of project and program management in software product or IT (application management)
  • Experience managing people and $10–15M annual budgets across teams and projects
  • Leadership, change advocacy, and effective communication, including executive interaction skills
  • Experience hiring, developing, and retaining technical and managerial talent
  • Strategic thinking, decision-making, and accountability
  • 7+ years managing outsourced engineering or IT service delivery to external clients
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC and project management
  • Operational management of delivery services to achieve CSAT and profitability targets
  • Knowledge of delivery metrics (profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction, quality)
  • Process design and optimization with experience building systems from scratch
  • Pre-sales participation and strategic stakeholder engagement
  • Experience supporting upselling to new and existing accounts through proactive proposals
  • Financial management and strategic planning skills
  • Creativity, initiative, and problem-solving with a structured approach to operations and delivery

Desirable:

  • Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or FinTech
  • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or ITIL
  • Working knowledge of cloud computing, data management, and full-stack engineering
  • Software engineering background with practical development experience
  • Experience in software product companies (ISVs), managing large enterprise accounts and distributed, multinational teams
  • Talent development experience, including mentoring managers and building mature teams

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll drive operational excellence across delivery teams while ensuring client satisfaction and supporting account growth.

  • Lead delivery for major client accounts, ensuring high-quality, timely solutions
  • Align with clients on project and program outcomes, monitor satisfaction, and manage escalations
  • Propose innovative improvements to processes, tools, technology, and suggest new business/project ideas to clients
  • Maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities within existing accounts
  • Participate in revenue and margin planning; organize workload planning and optimal resource utilization
  • Align delivery costs with revenue plans to achieve margin targets
  • Collaborate with CTO and Marketing to develop and promote new technical capabilities and service offerings
  • Support Sales with presentations, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Launch new accounts, coordinating staffing and aligning processes with client expectations
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking, and industry events
  • Ensure managers address people issues, provide feedback, monitor performance, and develop careers
  • Coordinate with HR and Training on people policies, compensation, bonuses, and training
