As the Global Inclusion, Diversity and Well-being (I,D&W) Project Manager, you will lead global projects and commemorative events and will be accountable for the overall management, planning, and successful delivery to drive targeted outcomes. You will follow standard project management practices including gathering and defining project requirements, developing project plans, assessing budgets and schedules, and assembling cross-functional project teams, as well as removal or mitigation of roadblocks that may hinder project success.

Skills and experiences
- A passion for I,D&W topics, with a keen interest in research and development of materials
- Strong analytical ability, including data analysis and manipulation (e.g., PowerBI, Excel pivot tables and formulas), ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and lead through ambiguity.
- Experience working in a fast-changing industry (e.g., consulting, high-tech) is preferred.
- Experience delivering work in a global, matrixed organization or multi-national or multi-cultural experience is preferred.

- Highly effective and fluent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent project and event management skills, with experience organizing large events.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on execution, with proven ability at delivering on commitments.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders across the business and with external partners.
What you'll do
- Leading the project management in support of key strategic activities, such as Avanade's I,D&W awards and Mental Health May, as well as external award submissions, and supporting the planning and execution of commemorative events in collaboration with the I,D&W team.
- Co-ordinating the annual plan of activities at Global, Area and Regional levels, working closely with the EN Lead to ensure alignment with EN Activities.
- Managing the I,D&W team budget, keeping track of allocations, expenditure and requirements
- Managing vendor relationships including supplier onboarding and invoicing
- Researching and developing topics to support the I,D&W team with content for workshops, newsletters, internal sites and channels
- Identifying mechanisms to measure and share the impact of I,D&W initiatives, including the use of analytics and employee survey data.
- Owning the benchmark strategy and execution, including collating and submitting information for various I,D&W related benchmarks
