Medical Project Coordinator

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Medical Project Coordinator, contributing to the success of our Medical Affairs team. As a key member, you will be responsible for organizing project team and client meetings, study information and materials, and taking meeting minutes on global calls.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meeting materials, binders, agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Develop and maintain organizational charts, team calendars, newsletters, mass mailings, project-specific information, including process flow charts, contact lists, holiday lists, study websites, and mailing labels.
- Assist in preparing study files by maintaining and distributing project documents, ensuring compliance with filing/naming guidelines and correct status.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in business, finance, health sciences, or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in clinical project administration or other relevant experience.
- CRO, pharmaceutical, or clinical research experience preferred.
- Advanced skills in Office Package.
- Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills.
- Advanced English language skills for reading, writing, and speaking.
