This role is a key position in fostering a culture of inclusivity across the enterprise.
The Global Inclusion Initiatives Manager will design, implement, and manage global initiatives ensuring alignment with regional needs and global strategy.
- Lead Global Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive inclusion strategies to promote diversity and equity.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams across continents to deliver impactful inclusion programs.
- Manage Projects: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and success metrics with a global team.
- Serve as Central Point of Contact: Provide leadership and support for global inclusion efforts.
- Partner with HR and ERGs: Collaborate with HR, Global Employee Resource Group (ERGs) leader, and business leaders to co-create inclusive strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with resilience by influencing dynamically and energizing multidiscipline work teams.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business issues, apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions, and design programs to address challenges.
