We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Global Mobility Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for leading initiatives and projects, managing stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance to teams.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-paced and agile team, where no two days are ever the same. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to promote team alignment and build out solutions to ensure a smooth experience for employees and international new hires.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives and projects related to global mobility">
  • Analyze global mobility cases and identify optimal solutions">
  • Collaborate with Global Mobility EOR team to implement new or revised programs">
  • Focal point for all internal Deel mobility cases">
  • Manage escalations to timely resolution">

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment. You should also have experience with case management systems and workflows, and strong data integrity management and data analytical skills.
