Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Global Mobility Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes, including process redesign and optimization. This role requires strong governance and compliance expertise, with the ability to implement risk-based governance triggers and track regulatory changes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Independently handle end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes, developing 'as-is' to 'to-be' process maps under guidance to gain efficiency.
  • Implement risk-based governance triggers into daily workflows, such as automated expiry alerts.
  • Track regulatory changes and implement risk-mitigation protocols for home and host country visa immigration, tax, social security, and compensation benefits compliance.
  • Prepare monthly compliance dashboards for leadership review.

Governance and Compliance

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage operational workflows with minimal supervision, support policy rollouts, address team resistance, and execute communication plans. They will also be responsible for coordinating with HRBPs, Tax, Legal, and Payroll teams to operationalize mobility policy updates.


Change Management Support
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with key stakeholders to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Adoption Execution: Develop and implement effective communication plans to support process changes.
  • Feedback Implementation: Gather feedback from assignees to refine support resources.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage technology to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Process Analytics: Monitor assignment costs and compliance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Employee Experience and Support
  • Primary Contact: Provide exceptional support to assignees and business travelers.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with immigration lawyers and relocation services.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.
  • Fluent in English, with Mandarin preferred.
  • GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
