Global Mobility Strategist
We are seeking a skilled Global Mobility Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes, developing process maps to increase efficiency, and implementing governance triggers into daily workflows.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Execution & Compliance: Develop and implement process maps to streamline mobility lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
- Change Management Support: Collaborate with HRBPs, Tax, legal and Payroll teams to operationalize mobility policy updates, roll out communication plans, and address employee resistance.
- Digital & Data-Driven Operations: Leverage mobility platform to automate processes, assignee interfaces, expense tracking, and document collection, monitor assignment costs/compliance metrics, and update real-time reports on case statuses.
- Employee Experience & Support: Resolve complex mobility inquiries independently for assignees and business travelers, manage immigration lawyers/relocation services, and maintain self-service tools for common relocation scenarios.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.
- GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials preferred.
