Job Title: Urban Mobility Strategist
Urban Mobility StrategistAs a key figure in our operational success, you will be responsible for driving critical operational metrics and leading a team of logistics experts to execute and monitor on-ground operations. You will also develop and drive strategic playbooks, incentive schemes, and engagement models at the city level.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly accountable for key operational KPIs such as SLA, cost-per-order, and fleet utilization.
- Lead a team of logistics experts to execute and monitor on-ground operations.
- Develop and drive strategic playbooks, incentive schemes, and engagement models at the city level.
- Serve as the core link between central operations, 3PL/freelancer fleets, and restaurant partners.
- Use data and partner feedback to identify bottlenecks and roll out scalable solutions.
- Desired work experience in logistics, on-ground operations, or city launches.
- Experience in managing field teams, ground execution, or supply onboarding in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel or relocate between assigned cities.
- Prior experience in food delivery, ride-hailing, or logistics technology platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
