About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Shared Services Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial management, and process improvement. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies for the SSC, ensuring process efficiency through compliance with KPIs and SLAs.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the calculation of federal, state, and municipal taxes, as well as ensuring the control of service contracts, leases, and similar agreements. They will work closely with other functional areas and business leaders to ensure efficient service delivery.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields is required, along with an MBA/Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Financial Management, and People Management. The ideal candidate will have more than 7 years of experience in SSC, preferably in a multinational company in a matrix environment and in the agribusiness sector.

Other key responsibilities include identifying and implementing continuous improvements in SSC processes and systems, promoting automation of processes under management, and mitigating risks and losses for the company.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial management, calculations, internal control, reports, and financial processes
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP system
  • Experience with SLAs and KPIs
  • Strong project and process management skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with different hierarchical levels
  • Effective management and leadership skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
