Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results. #LI-Hybrid Team Overview The User Acquisition team is responsible for expanding our user base in the food vertical, driving adoption of the platform through both online and offline strategies. This role focuses on maximizing visibility, conversion, and efficiency of acquisition levers while ensuring ROI-driven growth. Role Responsibilities Designing and executing user acquisition campaigns (digital and offline). Leveraging in-app resources (banners, highlights, category placements) to drive CTR. Implementing referral programs, incentives, and partnerships to boost adoption. Conducting A/B testing and ROI analysis to optimize acquisition. Building deep data insights on acquisition funnels , identifying areas of improvement. Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Ops, and Product for aligned campaigns. Role Qualifications 4+ years of experience in growth, traffic operations, or acquisition . Proven track record in e-commerce, food delivery, or O2O businesses . Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with A/B testing experience. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Portuguese and English proficiency (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong plus.
