Role Overview:

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support our online programs. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.
  • Student Engagement: Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
  • Enrollment and Progress: Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
  • Events Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English: Proficient in English with additional languages being an asset.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Skill Set: Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
