**Secondary School Secretary (Pinheiros)**:
**St. Nicholas School is seeking to appoint an Office Secretary who is engaged, agile, proactive, outgoing, flexible and organised.**:
- The role of the Secondary School Secretary is to provide administrative support for the Academic and Pastoral teams and contribute to an effective, efficient and happy school office.
- St. Nicholas fosters an inclusive work environment as well as diverse, where our colleagues can be themselves. Every idea and perspective is valued so our growth continues to develop.
**The Secondary Secretary will provide the Academic/Pastoral teams with: Administrative support**:
- Daily organisation and communication;
- Supporting the smooth functioning of the section;
- Working knowledge of the entire Google Office suit, Excel spreadsheets, Zoom, Google meets and Teams.
**Secretarial skills**:
- Methodical, with a good eye for detail;
- Well organised;
- Objective;
- Efficient.
**Personal qualities**:
- Easily Outgoing.
- Able to work with young people and adolescents.
- Patient.
- Great verbal and written communication.
- Calm and composed.
- Good judgement.
- Reliable in time and attendance.
- Hardworking.
- Must be Fluent in spoken and written Portuguese and English.
- Working hours for administrative employees:
- **07:45 to 17:30.**
