Title: IAM Operations and Support / Administrator Duration: 6+ Months Position Overview: Client is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented IAM Operations and Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of user access within our systems, managing the Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) lifecycle, executing LDAP and SQL queries, and leveraging IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Active Directory to support our infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Conduct User Access Reviews to ensure compliance with internal security policies and audit requirements. Manage the JML Lifecycle, overseeing provisioning, deprovisioning, and modification of user access as employees join, move, or leave the organization. Perform LDAP and SQL Queries to retrieve, analyze, and manage user data across directories and databases. Utilize, configure, and maintain IAM tools including SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Active Directory to streamline access management processes and strengthen the organization’s security posture. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand access needs and implement appropriate, secure IAM solutions. Provide day‑to‑day support for access‑related issues and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLA standards. Participate in the development, documentation, and refinement of IAM policies, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience with User Access Reviews, JML Lifecycle management, and Active Directory administration. Hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including configuration, policy management, and access certification processes. Proficiency in performing LDAP and SQL Queries. Experience with IAM tools and access governance technologies. Strong understanding of access control principles, identity lifecycle management, and role‑based access control (RBAC). Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, remote environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications in IAM (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, CISSP, or similar). Experience in scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, etc.) to improve IAM operations. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to IAM (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
