Operations Support Analyst

**Essential Functions**
- Manages the client budget, billing and invoicing
- Provides support to Translations PM admin activities such quoting, receivables and payables among others.
- Supports the creation, administration and cost control of POs
- Sales and account management administrative support
- Communicates with IQVIA project teams on set up of studies
- Supports ITS adoption in terms of connecting with project teams
- Supports vendor payment process and the setup on the payments platform.
- Supports any other Operations activities prioritized by the Direction of the Operations team.
- When manager is unavailable, use initiative to review and prioritize activities, taking action or escalating critical matters as appropriate.
- Assist in the development and design of improved administrative procedures to promote the timely processing and submission of all administrative deliverables.
- Develop and implement an efficient work flow and information tracking/retrieval system across all assigned projects, and maintain/archives files and records.
- May provide support and guidance to new or more junior members of staff.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Bachelor Degree in (Business Management, Accounting, Life Science, International Relations or related field)
- Advanced English.
- Minimum of 1-2 year's direct experience in the activities or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- You will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers.
