Resumo da Posição: O(a) Engenheiro(a) de Sistemas para Gestão de Mudanças de Aplicações é responsável pela integridade geral do sistema e pela coordenação com outras equipes de suporte de TI para gerenciar mudanças nos sistemas, principalmente nos sistemas SAP.

Tarefas e Responsabilidades Principais:

  • Suporte à gestão de mudanças no modelo Follow The Sun (FTS) para todos os sistemas SAP.

  • Coordenação de atividades de congelamento de mudanças, janelas de migração para o ambiente de produção, atualizações SAP e outras atividades de atualização do sistema.

  • Utilização de ferramentas como Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, Focused Build e SAP STMS para mover as mudanças de aplicação entre os ambientes (3 camadas e N+1).

  • Participação em uma equipe Ágil global.

  • Implementação e manutenção de controles de gestão de mudanças para garantir a integridade e a disponibilidade do sistema.

  • Resolução de incidentes e problemas relacionados à gestão de mudanças em todos os ambientes SAP.

  • Comunicação diária com equipes globais de processo, técnica e de projetos para agendamento de mudanças.

  • Disponibilidade para suporte on-call (fora do horário comercial) com cobertura para 3 regiões geográficas e suporte limitado nos finais de semana.

  • Participação em processos de recuperação de desastres (Disaster Recovery).

  • Identificação de oportunidades para otimizar o suporte entre as equipes.

Requisitos Técnicos Essenciais:

  • Solution Manager (ChaRM, Focused Build)

  • Conhecimento em SAP (geral)

  • Conhecimento em ServiceNow (geral)

  • Conhecimento em ferramentas MS Office

  • Conhecimento em MS SharePoint

Habilidades Técnicas Desejáveis:

  • LiveCompare

  • SAP BASIS

  • Desenvolvimento em ServiceNow

  • Experiência com scripting

Habilidades Comportamentais:

  • Comunicação fluente em inglês (oral e escrita).

  • Habilidade analítica e de interpretação.

  • Orientação para o cliente.
