As a Compliance Counsel/Senior Compliance Manager for The Coca-Cola Company, you will work with a team of highly engaged and skilled compliance professionals to drive the compliance program within your region of responsibility. This includes enabling strategic compliance thinking across all levels of business leadership.Learn more about our Code of Business Conduct | The Coca-Cola Company**What You’ll Do for Us**:- Present regional leaders with risk outlook and Code of Business Conduct trends benchmarked to the industry and region- Design, implement and manage a global Center of Excellence, as determined by the Global Compliance Counsel- Create a targeted training plan for the geography in conjunction with Ethics and Compliance Leadership and aligned to needs of local business leaders- Support and advise Code of Business Conduct Investigations Team where required- Provide Operating Unit legal teams with updates on emerging risks and regulations in key compliance areas- Participate in Privacy Core Teams within respective area- Handle requests for Code of Business Conduct reconsideration/appeals- Onboard new entities relevant for assigned geographies and provide ongoing strategic governance support- Lead third-party risk management program in the region and decision conflicts issues- Track local laws and regulations related to compliance and provide advice and summaries to stakeholders**Qualifications & Requirements**:- Juris Doctorate Degree preferred- Proven experience in managing risk as an attorney or compliance professional- Experience providing clear and practical counseling to business leaders- Experience participating in design and/or implementation of global compliance programs- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls- Enterprise mindset; excellent communication skills; effective stakeholder influence and engagement skills**What We Can Do for You**:- **Purpose Driven**: Purpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe & quality products.- ** Agile Work Environment**: We embrace agile, with leadership that believes in removing barriers, so you are empowered to innovate and discover new solutions to complex problems.- ** Global Connections**: Allows you to develop, enhance and maintain global connections that allow us to move faster and learn from others.**Our Purpose and Growth Culture**:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
