Compliance Senior Analyst

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:VTEX is seeking a Compliance Senior Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will help the Audit and Compliance Team to maintain our Compliance Program. The role will assist management in mastering several pillars of our area, such as risk management, communication and training, and due diligence.As a Compliance Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Compliance Program in alignment with laws and regulations.- Create, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls;- Monitor and assess changes in regulatory and legal requirements, and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders;- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing processes and systems for compliance effectiveness and recommend improvements;- Conduct training sessions to promote awareness and understanding of compliance matters across our company;- Prepare reports about compliance activities, findings, and recommendations to senior management and committees;- Perform third-party due diligence;- Propose and monitor automation and improvements of processes and procedures; and- Have a broad perspective of a tech company listed on the NYSE.**ABOUT THE TEAM**:Our team is responsible for governance, compliance, risk, internal controls, and internal audit initiatives at VTEX, and its main scope is to maintain and improve the VTEX Compliance Program.**WHO YOU ARE**:- You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- You have a proven experience (4+ years) in compliance, with a deep understanding of regulations and standards;- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks;- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;- You have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive risk management and compliance initiatives;- You have a demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;- You have a high level of integrity and ethical behavior, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism;- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal;**About VTEX**:VTEX (NYSE: VTEX) is the enterprise digital commerce platform where global brands and retailers run their world of commerce.
