What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead enterprise-scale platform implementations and oversee client engagement delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to architect and implement effective business solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and collaboration
  • Manage multiple projects of varying scales and durations while ensuring successful outcomes
  • Train and mentor Huron staff in project management and technical skills
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to establish credibility with senior-level client executives
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements or publications
  • Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management
