The Service Admin and Sales Support is responsible for handling all service-related activities and communications for Cepheid products.
The Service Admin and Sales Support maintains a pivotal role in providing the customer with an excellent service experience.
The Service Admin and Sales Support drives performance is committed to precision, communication, quality and maintains an unwavering natural approach of consistently delivering more than the customer expects.
This position will report to the Service Coordination Manager dotted line to Business Development Sr Manager.
This position will be based in São Paulo/Brazil.

**ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Process purchase orders for billable service activities, which relate to service calls and preventative maintenance events, service contract quotations, setup bill plans, review documentation and process invoices to ensure entitlement does not lapse due to processing.
Place outbound follow-up calls to customer who have been quoted for billable services, support the commercial Customer Care team on issuing, as well as updating quotes and documents of sales as per required.
Manages opportunities in SFDC (CRM tool), SFDC sales funnel is managed real-time and assumes ownership and accuracy, increase Aftermarket Sales by promoting campaigns, digital marketing, sales organization activities, and customer inquiries, interact with Order Management team, ensuring that Orders are booked after customers approval.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education or Experience (in years)**:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced Customer Service, Field Service Support or Sales Admin role in the Medical Device industry, or high volume-manufacturing environment.
**Knowledge and skills**:
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Experience within ERP / CRM systems an advantage (SAP, Sales Force and Service Max)
Good ability to discover and use new software
Ability to function under pressure
Excellent customer relationship management, phone presence and written
