What to Expect
  • Direct the management and continuous improvement of HR systems, including payroll and compliance platforms
  • Formulate and implement an HR technology roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Ensure compliance and data integrity across all HR technology solutions
  • Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Lead a diverse team in driving HR operational innovation and technology adoption
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Over 10 years of related experience in HR technology or payroll operations
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • In-depth understanding of payroll operations and HR processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
How to Stand Out
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
  • Proven success in leading large-scale automation and technology transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing and integrating enterprise HR systems across multiple functions
  • Strategic and visionary leadership in HR technology and automation
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency
