Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns that align with the unique goals of multiple modalities while maintaining brand consistency and maximizing overall marketing performance.

What you’ll do:
- Design and implement cross-segment digital marketing strategies to support business growth and customer engagement across diverse markets.
- Collaborate with segment and zone marketing teams to understand specific needs, target audiences, and performance goals.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (e.g., email, social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing) to ensure alignment and synergy across segments.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and customer experience.
- Coordinate with creative, product, and data teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Lead the Integrated Campaign and Content Tracker (ICCT): Own all processes to gather input and align on cross-segment campaign plans and strategy.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or healthcare environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and digital channels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, like Spanish, are a plus).
What would be nice if you had it:
- Experience managing cross-segment or global marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
