Design and develop backend services and APIs that are robust, maintainable, and user-friendly. Champion engineering excellence through practices like automated testing, thoughtful code reviews, and effective monitoring. Push for simplicity and eliminate unnecessary complexity, all while delivering reliable, high-quality software that delights users. Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape how microservices interact across a growing, service-oriented ecosystem. Lead with curiosity—seeking feedback, learning from diverse perspectives, and mentoring others along the way. Be a driving force for positive change, culture, and collaboration on a team that values autonomy and impact. Experience You BringSenior-level experience developing backend systems for large-scale SaaS platforms. Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Java, Kotlin, C#, and comfort working in a mixed stack. Experience architecting and designing backend services in a microservices environment. Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic or Kibana, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating system risks. Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), design patterns, and Agile methodologies. Skilled in SQL and relational databases, with a clear eye on performance and maintainability. Strong communicator who collaborates well across roles and backgrounds. Passion for delivering meaningful solutions, learning constantly, and helping others grow. Have we piqued your curiosity?
