UX Researcher Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled UX researcher to join our global team. Conduct user research across discovery, concept testing, and usability phases. Our ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Design and execute studies using evaluative methods to inform product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution implementation. Work closely with product managers and designers embedded in U.S.-based product teams to drive user-centered design decisions. Present findings through storytelling, presentations, and research artifacts to various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Research Methodologies: Conduct contextual inquiry, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights that inform product development. Communication: Present research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of complex ideas. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in an education or healthcare product portfolio.
