ERP Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned ERP change management professional to join an international project in Brazil.

  • Develop and execute a unified change strategy across the IT landscape.
  • Lead impact assessments, business readiness checks, and stakeholder engagement planning.
  • Deliver structured communications, training, and enablement plans for end-users across functions.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and senior stakeholders to align change milestones with deployment timelines.
  • Measure adoption and engagement using data-driven feedback and adjust strategies as needed.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, HR, or a related field is required.

  • Certification in Prosci, ACMP, or a comparable change management methodology is essential.
  • Extensive experience leading change in large-scale IT programs, including ERP (SAP preferred), is necessary.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills across diverse and global teams are required.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and evolving requirements is crucial.

A strong background in SAP and change management is imperative for this role.
