Senior ITSM Developer OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned expert in IT service management to spearhead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.
As a senior developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring complex ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITOM modules and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement comprehensive ITSM solutions that meet business requirements.Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to optimize performance.Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles.Benefits:This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.
