Legal & Compliance Department ensures that the organization complies with the legal and regulatory requirements of the countries in which it operates, managing legal, social and compliance risks and opportunities across all of Vestas.

Service & Operations legal department works very closely with the Service & Operations department to ensure that the operations and processes are aligned with Vestas Group contract and risk management policies.

Responsibilities Providing legal counsel/support in areas related to the business. Ensuring regulatory and compliance activities on the organization's products and business activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant regulations, laws and standards. Structuring, drafting, evaluation and negotiating and/or approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies and other documents. Managing contracts with customers, vendors, suppliers, partners, or employees (contract drafting, execution, and analysis, negotiation of the terms and conditions).
