Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end operations across all freight forwarding services. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations. Commercial Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Negotiate major contracts and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Strategic Vision & Succession: Work closely with the current CEO on long-term strategy. Prepare to transition into the CEO role by demonstrating leadership, vision, and execution capability. Financial Management: Manage regional P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire operational and commercial teams. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: 12+ years in senior leadership roles within freight forwarding or logistics. A proven track record in operational management and commercial strategy. Experience in leading large-scale teams and driving transformation.
