**General Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supporting communication initiatives, creating visuals
- Collaborating with team members to ensure that user experience design principles are followed in all aspects of the website development
- Ensuring that all designs are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the requirements of the project
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to a high standard
**Deliverables**
- Visuals to support communication initiatives
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Information Design, etc.) is preferred but not required
